1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working to expand our shipping options to serve customers outside the United States in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping methods to cater to your needs. The available shipping options will be presented at checkout, where you can select your preferred method. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, shipping method, and the total weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent deliveries (additional charges may apply).
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take an additional business day to process.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order’s status. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) may experience delays due to factors such as weather, holidays, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS (United States Postal Service). However, please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for P.O. Box addresses.
7. Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address during checkout. Please ensure that your address details (including street address, city, state, and zip code) are correct. Gigglenapo is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly to ensure it arrives. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you believe the package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
9. Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be applied automatically during checkout. These promotions are typically available for standard shipping on orders over a specified amount and are subject to certain terms and conditions.
