Refund and Returns Policy

At Gigglenapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth and easy return experience.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The shoes must not show any signs of wear, including scuff marks or damage from being worn outside.
  • If the product was purchased during a promotional or sale period, please check the product details for any specific return restrictions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Worn, used, or damaged items.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@gigglenapo.com or calling 760-200-4343.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for your return.
  3. Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
  4. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and send them back to us. Make sure the RA number is clearly marked on the return package.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. After we receive your returned item, you may place a new order for the exchange product. If the product you are exchanging is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label for the defective item and either offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge.

7. Late Returns
Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. We encourage you to check your order promptly upon arrival to ensure satisfaction and eligibility for a return.
